Our courses are designed to deepen your knowledge and skill level so you can more effectively advise your customers on the time and money-saving features and enhancements of JobOps/Sage 100cloud Manufacturing.

Our JobOps/Sage 100cloud Manufacturing specific courses and learning formats, both in a classroom and Web-based settings, provide a wide range of options to fit product training into your schedule and get you up to speed quickly.

Classroom-Based Training

JobOps/Sage 100cloud Manufacturing Base and Time Tracker Training

This 4-day course covers a thorough instruction of the JobOps/Sage 100cloud Manufacturing Base and Time Tracker modules. You will learn the unique integration between JobOps/Sage 100cloud Manufacturing and key Sage 100 modules. Through hands-on activities, you will learn the module setups, create and modify work tickets, and explore procurement tools for purchased and manufactured materials. You will also learn how to assign and issue components, record labor, and invoice work tickets. JobOps/Sage 100c Manufacturing training courses are open to ALL JobOps Solution Providers and employees of registered end users of JobOps/Sage 100cloud Manufacturing.

Please note classroom times run from 8:00 – 5:00 daily. Classes typically do not dismiss early. Certification Exam will be distributed electronically to attendees.

Web-Based Training

JobOps Field Service & Dispatch Training

Field & Service Icon JobOps

The Field Service & Dispatch class is offered in a 2-part session via web-based training. This training course covers the setups for the Field Service & Dispatch module, the logging, managing and dispatching of new calls, the generation of preventive maintenance tickets, as well as setting up service agreements, billing prepaid service agreements, and the recording of costs using Service Ticket Billing Entry and the billing of service ticket calls. A required product certification exam is administered to all attending JobOps Solution Providers. JobOps/Sage 100cloud Manufacturing training courses are limited to current JobOps/Sage 100cloud Manufacturing Solution Providers and employees of registered end users of JobOps/Sage 100cloud Manufacturing.

Prerequisite: A working knowledge of the Sage 100 core and distribution modules and Product Certification Training on JobOps/Sage 100cloud Manufacturing Base and Time Tracker.

JobOps Enhanced Scheduling Training

Enhanced Scheduling by JobOps

The Enhanced Scheduling class is offered in a 2-part session via web-based training. This training course covers the setups and deployment of the Enhanced Scheduling add-on module. You will learn how to create scheduling centers and to schedule work tickets, understand material constraint scheduling and the capacity-based scheduling methods, learn the tools of scheduling and managing scheduled work tickets via the powerful JobOps Scheduling Control Hub, utilize Batch Scheduling Regeneration to shift schedules of existing work tickets and to schedule new work tickets, and use the special scheduling reports. A required product certification exam is administered to all attending JobOps/Sage 100cloud Manufacturing Solution Providers. JobOps/Sage 100cloud Manufacturing training courses are limited to current JobOps/Sage 100cloud Manufacturing Solution Providers and employees of registered end users of JobOps/Sage 100cloud Manufacturing.

Attendee Policies

JobOps/Sage 100cloud Manufacturing training courses are available only to current JobOps/Sage 100cloud Manufacturing Solution Providers and end users of JobOps/Sage 100cloud Manufacturing. Each training course’s information also provides pre-requisite requirements in order to attend the specific class.

JobOps Training Center Policies

Cancellation Policy: For students who cancel their enrollment, notice must be provided to Scanco Software Solutions, LLC two weeks (14 calendar days) prior to the class start date to avoid loss of tuition. Students canceling or rescheduling less than 14 calendar days prior to class start date will be charged 50% of the tuition fee; 24 hours or less cancellation notice or no-shows will forfeit their tuition. Substitution of a registrant is allowed at no additional charge.

Classes are subject to cancellation by Scanco Software Solutions. If you are registered for a class that is canceled, you will be notified as soon as possible, but at least two (2) weeks prior to the course start date with an offer of a full refund or rescheduling for a future class. Class attendees are advised to purchase refundable or changeable airline tickets, as Scanco Software Solutions, LLC will not be responsible for airline ticket costs and/or charges due to class cancellation.anc
